KoLink™

A keyed connection between container and dispense line — a Dispense Head at the line, a Keyed Diptube Insert in the container, and a code that decides whether they connect.

  1. Code

    One Keyed Diptube Insert for every chemical service. Any blank insert configures to any code — DT blocker plugs on the insert, DH rivets on the head — or stays blank as a standard insert.

  2. Seat

    The head seats only when all eight positions match. A mismatched pair will not seat, and a connection that does not seat does not flow. Color identifies; geometry enforces.

  3. Repeat

    The Dispense Head stays at the line; each changeout brings a container coded to match. The code goes on last, not at manufacture — so a shift in demand strands no inventory.
