ULTRA-PURE & HIGH-PURITY
275-GALLON TRILAYER HDPE IBCs
KURKO ULTRA-PURE SEMICON IBC
275-Gallon Composite Ultra Pure IBC | Trilayer HDPE Construction | Signature Indigo
The KURKO UP275 is a 275-gallon composite IBC released to semiconductor grade. A resistance-welded 316L stainless steel cage carries the structural load across repeated service cycles, while a replaceable tri-layer HDPE liner provides the wetted surface for each fill. Chemistry contacts only virgin HDPE, coextruded with the structural core and outer layer in one continuous blow-molded body. Each liner is molded and capped in cleanroom conditions and ships in signature indigo with a per-lot certificate of analysis, ready for producer fill-line qualification.
- Seamless wetted liner — formed through one continuous blow-molding process, with no seams or welds in contact with the chemistry.
- Released to stringent parts-per-trillion trace-metal limits, verified by ICP-MS testing — shipped with a complete Certificate of Analysis (CoA)
- Accepts KoLink™ Keyed Dispense Head & Diptube for chemistry-matched, cross-connection-safe dispensing; standard unkeyed Diptubes available.
- Reusable resistance-welded 316L stainless cage carries structural load; liners can be replaced between fills. Galvanized steel available on request.
UP275 IBC SPECIFICATIONS
The UP275 is Kurko’s semiconductor release tier. Geometry, closures, and freight profile are identical to the HP275 — qualify the platform once and choose a tier per chemistry. Pairs with the KoLink™ interface for keyed, cross-connection-safe dispense, or accepts a standard unkeyed dip tube. For chemistries that don’t need the full semiconductor-grade certificate of analysis, see the HP275 below.| Capacity | 275 Gallons | 1,041 Liters |

KURKO STANDARD HIGH-PURITY IBC
275-Gallon Composite High-Purity IBC | Trilayer HDPE Construction | Natural Colorant
The KURKO HP275 is a 275-gallon composite IBC released one tier below semiconductor grade, for chemistries that need particle and trace-metal control without the full semiconductor certificate of analysis. It shares the UP275 platform: a resistance-welded 316L stainless steel cage carries the structural load across repeated service cycles, and a replaceable tri-layer HDPE liner provides the wetted surface for each fill — the chemistry touching only the virgin inner layer of one continuous blow-molded body. Every liner is molded and capped in cleanroom conditions and ships in natural unpigmented HDPE with a per-lot certificate of analysis, ready for fill-line qualification at the producer.
- Seamless wetted liner — produced through one continuous blow-molding process, with no seams or welds anywhere the chemistry makes contact.
- Released to Parts-Per-Billion trace-metal limits — every lot ICP-MS verified with CoA for standard non-Semicon wet chemical applications..
- Accepts KoLink™ Keyed Dispense Head & Diptube for chemistry-matched, cross-connection-safe dispensing; standard unkeyed Diptubes available.
- Reusable resistance-welded 316L stainless cage carries structural load; only the liner is replaced between fills. Galvanized steel available on request.
HP275 IBC SPECIFICATIONS
The HP275 releases one tier below semiconductor grade, for chemistries that need particle and trace-metal control without a full semiconductor-grade certificate of analysis — including but not limited to Aerospace, Nuclear, Flat-Panel Display, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Biotech, Life Sciences, EV Battery, and Solar & Photovoltaic. Geometry, closures, and freight profile are identical to the UP275 — qualify the platform once and choose a tier per chemistry. CONSTRUCTION
THREE CO-EXTRUDED LAYERS
Ultra-Pure Interior Wetted Layer
The only surface the chemistry ever touches. Formed from virgin ultra pure HDPE, it keeps the contact surface clean and consistent from fill through dispense.
Structural Center Core Layer
The core carries the load. The thickest of the three layers, it gives the IBC Bottle Liner its stiffness, stacking strength, and impact resistance through filling, handling, and transport.
Protective Outer Layer
The exterior takes the environment. UV-stabilized HDPE shields the IBC Bottle Liner from sunlight and handling wear through staging, transport, and storage — so the layers beneath keep doing their jobs.
